We’ll meet with you on-site to discuss your ideas, must-haves, wish list, and how you envision your new home. Your designers will then create concept plans tailored to you.

Pricing + Contract
We’ll present detailed pricing and a tailored build contract, giving you complete confidence before construction begins. We’ll guide you if changes are needed.

Interior Design
While your plans progress through consent, our interior design consultant will guide you through selecting and finalising your materials, colours and finishes.

Build Proceeds
Your build is managed by our experienced in-house team from start to finish. We encourage site visits throughout construction and are happy to arrange guided visits.

Completion + Handover
Before handover, your home receives a professional clean, comprehensive quality checks, and a final Council inspection. Then it’s time to hand over the keys.
